Tinkyada Brand pastas are really good. They don't get mushy and fall apart like other rice pastas we have tried. They make a variety of shapes too. Including lasagna and giant stuffing shells.
Another brand that I have found is nearly identical to Tinkyada is Trader Joes rice pasta. It also cooks up really nicely. The texture isn't all that different than regular flour pastas.
The first rice pasta I tried I over cooked and instead of nice long piece of spaghetti I had a million little sticks of mushy pasta. I just couldn't cook it right. I keep over cooking it. So I kept on trying other pastas till I found these. I look no further.
