Teriyaki Sauce

1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white wine
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup San-J soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 teaspoons ginger

Mix all together and boil for 5 minutes. You can add chicken and boil for 15-20 minutes.

I however, like to put the sauce in a bottle and use it as I need it. I have used it when making my own beef jerky.
