1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream substitute
1/2 teaspoon dried chives
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper.
In a large bowl, whisk together ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Be sure to write the expiration date of either the sour cream or mayonnaise (which ever one expired first) on the container.
